Rust Prevention and Cleaning Products
(Water Base)
Knight Clean KK905 is a specially designed water-based cleaning solution formulated to remove oil stains and dirt, while providing maximum efficiency in rust prevention and cleaning on steel materials after the heat treatment process.
• If the workpiece is not rinsed with water after use, it helps prevent short-term metal corrosion (rust).
(However, rinsing with water will make rust formation easier.)
• Dilution ratio of 2%–5%: usable without leaving residues and without altering the surface appearance.
• Built-in rust protection: helps protect steel parts and components inside the hardening system.
• Dilution ratio depending on the level of contamination:
• Knight Clean KK905: 5 parts to 95 parts water → for light dirt
• Knight Clean KK905: 10 parts to 90 parts water → for heavy dirt
• After use, Knight Clean KK905 can be topped up into the system to maintain rust protection efficiency and extend usability.
Compliance with International Standards
• Meets European REACH standards (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals).
• Free from restricted substances under RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
• Not listed as SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) or halogen compounds.
