Why Choose KK905?
KNIGHT KLEAN KK905 is a water-based anti-rust and cleaning solution, specially designed for optimum effectiveness on ferrous materials after the heat treatment process. It provides short-term rust protection for 24–72 hours. After cleaning the workpiece with KK905, rinsing with water is not required; otherwise, the rust protection effect will be lost.

• Easy Dilution, Versatile Use: KNIGHT KLEAN KK905 can be diluted from 2% to 5% and will not leave any interfering residues after cleaning.

       Heavy‑duty cleaning: Dilute 10 parts KK905 with 90 parts water.

       Light cleaning: Dilute 5 parts KK905 with 95 parts water.

•  Directions for Use:

        For use with an oil skimmer: dilute at 0.5–1%

        For post-heat treatment cleaning: dilute at 5%

        For general oil and dirt removal: dilute at 1–5%​

​Dirt‑Level Cleaning Guide 　​

• Spray Application : Spray KNIGHT KLEAN KK905 directly onto the area to be cleaned, then wipe off the dirt with a clean cloth.

• Dip Cleaning : Dip or soak the workpiece that needs cleaning, then proceed with the next process step. If any dirt remains, wipe it off with a clean dry cloth before moving on to the subsequent production process.

• Ultrasonic Cleaning : Suitable for use with ultrasonic cleaning machines.
