ARMOR WRAP® Global Paper

ARMOR WRAP® Global paper (G for short) is out-of-this-world VCI rust prevention for all of your metal parts. We named it Global because this anti-rust paper meets all international content standards (RoHS, REACH, CPL) — it is the global standard in rust prevention paper.

ARMOR WRAP® MILITARY VCI PAPER

The U.S. Department of Defense maintains a strict set of regulations for all military packaging, including items such as anti-corrosion paper, and Armor Protective Packaging® has been U.S. Military approved for MIL-PRF-3420 since 1983. In fact, ARMOR has several anti-corrosion papers that are on the Qualified Products List (QPL) for preventing military equipment corrosion — ARMOR WRAP 35M and 60M.

VCI (vapor corrosion inhibitors) is a class of chemical compounds that emit rust-inhibiting vapors into an enclosed air space such as a bag, box, crate or storage container. The VCI molecules form a layer of protection on the surface of metal that displaces moisture and prevents metal from corroding. ARMOR VCI Nanotechnology™ is our unique formulation of VCI — it’s the “secret sauce” we use in all ARMOR VCI rust prevention products to keep metal parts clean and rust free while they are in process, in storage or in transport.
