KNIGHT KLEAN KK302 is a propylene glycol–based, biodegradable aqueous cleaning fluid with both polar and non‑polar properties, specifically designed for optimum cleaning effectiveness on oil, grease, grime, coolant, carbon, dirt, wax, tapping fluid, drawing fluid, and water‑based ink.
 

Easy Dilution, Versatile Use:

• Heavy‑duty cleaning: Dilute 1 part KK302 with 5 parts water.

• Light cleaning: Dilute 1 part KK302 with 20 parts water.

It leaves no interfering residues after rinsing and is safe for use on both ferrous and non‑ferrous materials.

For rinsing, use de‑ionized (DI) or reverse osmosis (RO) water to prevent spotting on polished surfaces, and monitor conductivity to keep rinses clean.

​Dirt‑Level Cleaning Guide 　​

• Spray Application : Spray KNIGHT KLEAN KK302 directly onto the area to be cleaned, then wipe off the dirt with a clean cloth.

• Dip Cleaning : Dip or soak the workpiece that needs cleaning, then continue with the next process step.

• Ultrasonic Cleaning : Suitable for use with ultrasonic cleaning machines.
